The Tangled to Transcendent™ Method was born from years of research, education, lived experience, and trauma-informed coaching. It’s more than a framework—it’s a soul-centered journey designed to help you finally make sense of what you’ve been through, reclaim what was stolen, and rise with lasting transformation.
Unlike traditional therapy that can sometimes feel disconnected or overwhelming, this method breaks healing into phases that are digestible, trauma-informed, and easier for your brain and body to retain. It bridges the gap between awareness and integration—because information without embodiment won’t change your life.

This method is both intense and rewarding. It invites you into the deep, emotional core of yourself—uncovering the hidden beliefs, conditioning, and unmet needs that have silently shaped your life. With support, you’ll untangle old patterns and build new internal safety systems, so your growth isn't temporary—it’s sustainable.
The 5 Phases of Tangled to Transcendent™ Coaching
1. Nervous System & Neuropsychological Wellness
We stabilize first. This includes education on sleep, nutrition, hydration, blood sugar balance, and nervous system regulation, because a dysregulated body can’t heal a dysregulated mind.
Optional blood work may be recommended to identify hormonal or nutritional imbalances, either through your doctor or a direct lab service.

Scientific Basis: The brain can’t process trauma or regulate emotions when inflamed, exhausted, or undernourished. This phase addresses the bio-psychosocial model of health, which encompasses the body, mind, and environment.
2. Mindset Reset
We explore the subconscious beliefs driving your stress response. You’ll learn to identify inner critics, challenge thought distortions, and reframe your narratives to serve your present self better.

Scientific Basis: Rewiring cognitive distortions and negative core beliefs uses neuroplasticity—your brain’s ability to form new, empowering connections.
3. Shadow Work & Self-Integration
This is the heart of healing. We gently meet the suppressed, shamed, or exiled parts of you, often responsible for reactive anger, emotional shutdowns, and trauma-based triggers.

Scientific Basis: Suppressed emotions reside in the limbic system and vagus nerve. By processing them through somatic and emotional integration techniques, we reduce physiological threat responses and increase internal safety.
4. Identity Reclamation & Boundary Building
We define who you are, without trauma steering the wheel. You’ll practice emotional, physical, and energetic boundaries as a form of self-protection and self-respect, not fear.

Scientific Basis: Setting boundaries helps develop the prefrontal cortex, which in turn improves executive function, impulse control, and cortisol regulation.
5. Purpose, Expression & Integration
You are not here just to heal. You are here to live fully. In this phase, we anchor your transformation through routines, communication upgrades, and embodiment practices that make healing a way of life, not just a task.

Scientific Basis: Long-term behavior change requires habit stacking, emotional safety, and relational reinforcement. This step turns insight into integration.
How Long Does It Take?
While healing isn't linear, the Tangled to Transcendent™ Method is typically designed to be experienced over 8–12 weeks, depending on your pace and needs. This allows enough time for meaningful progress without rushing the inner work.
For those who prefer flexibility, a self-paced video version of the method will also be available soon—so you can access deep coaching and education when it’s most convenient for you.
